Do I have to pay upfront before I receive support?
If you have subscribed to one of you monthly support packages you will pay your first month in advance. If you are a pay as you go client, then we require payment up front prior to any help taking place.
How long will it take to resolve an issue?
This really does depend on what we are trying to fix. Once we know what the problem is, we will always provide our clients with timescales, but we usually try to fix most issues within 2 hours.
What information do you need from me to work on my WP site?
We require your backend URL and administrator login details or for more complex issues we may require your hosts control panel and FTP details.
Do I have to sign up to a lengthy contract?
No, we like our clients to work on a month to month basis, so you can cancel at any point, if you wish to.
Do you offer 24/7 WordPress support?
At this particular time, we do not. We only offer support within our working hours which are 9am to 5pm Monday through to Friday however we expect this to change in the very near future and we will publish details as soon as they are available.
What if you update WordPress and it breaks my site, do you charge to fix it?
No, we would not charge you to resolve this. Firstly, we would roll back your website to a backup prior to starting the update, we would then investigate what caused the update to break your site and notify you of what the issue is. The majority of problems are fixed free of charge but on some rare occasions, we may have to charge to fix them. We will always discuss this with you and provide you with a fixed price before any work is carried out.
