Our help team will triage your website issues and then get back to you with timescales and our plan for resolving them. Our support hours are normally Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding bank holidays.

 

Do I have to enter an agreement or contract with you?

No, you do not have to at all, if you are using our PAYG Umbraco support service then there is no contract to be signed. All you need to do is contact our support team as and when you require help.

Do I really need support for my site?

To be honest we would always encourage businesses to have some type of help in place for your online business as you do not know when problems can arise, and you need a team of experts you can just call on urgently when this happens.

What information do you require to fix my website?

We would require a main contact person and an email or telephone number. We would also need full access to your Umbraco admin area and also FTP details.

What is your hourly rate for urgent assistance?

Our current hourly rate is £75 per hour, but if you entered into a plan you would be paying a different monthly fee.
